Does Polar Wire manufacture custom flexible wire?
Yes. Jacket color, a stripe, and your name or part number on the jacket. Typical run is 10,000 ft. Stocked constructions are sold by the foot on the online store.
What is the minimum order for private label wire?
10,000 ft for most special or custom constructions. The seven stocked lines are sold by the foot and can still be cut, spooled, and packed to your requirement.
What can I specify on a private label run?
Jacket color, a stripe, and your company name or part number on the jacket. Size runs 18 AWG to 750 MCM. Reels, cut lengths, stripping, and labels.
Can I buy a sample before ordering 10,000 ft?
Yes. Every stocked construction is sold by the foot on store.polarwire.com. Buy a cut or a small spool. A private-label run that starts from a stocked construction is the same wire with your legend on it.
