Order online if the part exists and you want one or two of them: the storefront has the price, the stock position and the checkout, and nobody has to be at a desk. Contact sales if the cable does not exist yet, if the quantity is a program rather than a purchase, or if you need documentation, a first article or a committed date. Quantity is the question that decides it.
