What ampacity does DLO carry on a feeder run?
4/0 carries 260 amps in raceway and 405 amps in free air. 535.3 MCM carries 445 amps and 728 amps. Those are 194°F (90°C) wet or dry figures. The full table is on the DLO cable page.
Do you build the assemblies, or only sell the cable?
Both. Cable is cut to length by the foot from 10 AWG through 777.7 MCM, and terminated assemblies, including camlock ends, are built to your drawing. Compression lugs and splices are stocked for conductor up to 1000 MCM, rated for 35 kV applications on copper.
